Refunds & Returns

• Refunds are issued only if an item is out of stock or damaged during delivery.
• Returns are accepted on the same day of delivery only.
• Products returned after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Delivery

Delivery timelines vary depending on location and product availability. Delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

• Deliveries within Accra and outside Accra are made on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
